a. I retain the authority to decline or terminate a commission at my discretion.
b. Any form of disrespectful conduct will not be accepted, and your commission will be terminated if such behavior occurs, and a refund proportional to the time spent will be issued. I will decide how much is issued.
c. The scope of work, including specifications, deadlines, and any other relevant details, will be agreed upon by both parties beforehand.
a. Full payment is required upfront, via Paypal invoice.
b. If there is a queue of commissions underway, you will be placed in line once payment is done. You will be informed before payment and updated of your position regularly.
c. The invoice will be sent via email upon agreement. A seven-day window is provided for the complete settlement of the invoice. Within this period, your place in the queue may not be secured.
d. Refunds are exclusively applicable before work has begun and while your position is secured in the queue. I will contact you and let you know when this period ends. Exceptions may be made within reason.
e. The payment amount is subject to variation contingent upon the scope of the commissioned piece. Before any work is done, or payment is made, I will discuss such with you beforehand.
f. A design fee shall be applied to clients who do not provide reference images but wish for me to create artwork exclusively based on a written description or a compilation of images.
g. Major revisions late into the process may incur significant fees.
a. Include several well-defined reference images of the character/subject.
b. Use clear and concise language when completing the commission form.
c. Conduct yourself professionally during the entire commission process. No pressure to put on a show, just remain professional.
d. Respond in a reasonably timely fashion.
e. Take responsibility for any crucial information or clear descriptions/references that are not provided, leading to my inability to fully satisfy your commission.
f. Thoroughly review the Terms of Service and Commission Information.
a. As the artist, I maintain ownership rights for any commissioned pieces.
b. I reserve the right to share the commissioned work on my social media.
c. I retain the right to livestream, record, and upload videos depicting the creation of the artwork. (Work in progress posts, timelapses)
d. The copyrights of any characters depicted in the commissioned work remain to their respective owners.
e. The final product is strictly for your personal use only. Commercial usage rights may be purchased for a higher fee, based off of the original commission price.
f. When sharing or using the commissioned work, proper credit and a link/tag to me are requested. Credit is still required when used commercially.
a. Crop/Resize the image for use as an avatar, thumbnail, icon, etc.
b. Posted to social media, with credit linked or visible.
c. Printing for personal use.
a. Claim the artwork as your own.
b. Remove watermarks & signatures.
c. Use any work commercially without authorization.
d. Use my artwork as an NFT, or to train an AI model.
a. For illustration commissions, you will receive the full resolution artwork, alongside any requested variants.
b. For 3D commissions, you will receive full resolution renders, alongside any requested variants. If commissioned for more than renders, you may request your commission be exported into OBJ, FBX, or BLEND.
c. For an additional fee, you may request the project files in Clip Studio Paint, or Blend format. I reserve the right to deny if I feel there is malicious intent.
Note: I may use Blender to help with background work for 2D commissions. While I am not a 3D focused artist, this still qualifies as part of your commission, and you may request access to any of it. Assets or full scene. Terms still apply.
